Maison Barron's Ethics Channel.
Maison Barron maintains a confidential communication channel so that anyone (collaborator, client, supplier or third party) can report situations they consider contrary to the group's ethical, legal, conduct or equality principles. This explicitly includes any form of discrimination, racism or lack of a gender perspective.
What you can report
- Conduct contrary to current legislation.
- Undeclared conflicts of interest.
- Misuse of confidential information.
- Conduct contrary to the group's Code of Ethics.
- Discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnic origin, religion, disability or any other personal condition.
- Racism, xenophobia or any form of exclusion based on origin, nationality or culture.
- Sexual harassment, harassment based on sex, or any sexist or misogynistic conduct.
- LGBTQI+phobia or any unequal treatment based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
- Lack of a gender perspective in the group's decisions, content or processes.
- Any situation you consider irregular or contrary to Maison Barron's values.
How to report it
You can write directly to info@barronvisual.com stating "Ethics Channel" in the subject line. All communications are handled with absolute confidentiality. No reprisals will be taken against anyone who reports in good faith.
Handling of information
Every communication received is analysed discreetly and rigorously. The person in charge commits to acknowledging receipt within a maximum of 7 business days and reporting on the actions taken within a reasonable timeframe. Maison Barron applies zero tolerance for discrimination, racism and harassment: any confirmed case is treated with the highest priority.
