Purchase and Return Terms

Purpose and scope

These terms govern the purchase of Juan Carlos Barrón García's products and services, under the BARRONVISUAL trademark, through barronvisual.com and the payment process hosted on cms.barronvisual.com. They apply to the site's three sales lines: Academy (online courses), Studio (design commissions) and Consulting (advisory engagements). Purchasing any product or service implies full acceptance of these terms.

Prices and payment methods

All prices are shown in euros and are fixed, closed prices per product or service, with no hidden variations or additional charges not disclosed at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes, where relevant, are included in accordance with current regulations.

Payment is made at the time of purchase by card, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link (processed by Stripe), PayPal, or direct bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, access or booking is confirmed once the payment has been received.

Access and delivery by product type

• Academy: access to the course is activated automatically once payment is confirmed (or manually, within a short timeframe, if paid by bank transfer). The course is completed online, at your own pace, for as long as it remains available in the catalogue.
• Studio: after purchasing a design commission, BARRONVISUAL contacts you to agree on the specific delivery timeline based on the scope of the project.
• Consulting: after purchasing the advisory engagement, you receive a link to book the date of the intervention (Alta Asesoría is always delivered Monday to Thursday).

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw from the contract without needing to justify it, except in the following cases provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users):

• Academy courses: since this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is lost the moment you access the course, as the purchase implies your prior express consent to immediate access and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal upon starting. If you never access the course, you can request a refund within the 14 calendar day period.
• Studio commissions and Consulting engagements: if you expressly request that the work or advisory service begin before the 14 days are up, and the service is fully carried out, you lose the right of withdrawal once it is completed. If the work or advisory service has not yet begun, you can withdraw at no cost within the period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal where applicable, write to info@barronvisual.com stating the order and the reason. The refund is made using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the request.

Cancellations and date changes for Consulting

If you need to change the booked date for a Consulting engagement, contact us as far in advance as possible at info@barronvisual.com. Cancellations or changes requested less than 72 hours before the booked date may be non-refundable, given the schedule block this involves for BARRONVISUAL.

Complaints

Any issue, complaint or claim related to a purchase can be sent to info@barronvisual.com. We commit to confirming receipt and responding within a maximum of 15 business days.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Zamora, Spain, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer in your own place of residence.
