Maison Barron · Ethical Commitment
Maison Barron's code of conduct and values.

Maison Barron operates under a set of principles that guide every decision, every relationship and every project. They aren't statements: they're the criteria we use to evaluate our work and that of those who work with us.
Code of Conduct
It sets out the principles, values and rules that govern the behaviour of every professional, collaborator and partner of the group: commitment to integrity, honesty, respect and professionalism. It's the standard we apply when evaluating every project, every business relationship and every decision.
Judgment over intuition
Every decision must have a rationale. In design, in store and brand, and in relationships. Intuition without judgment is improvisation; judgment without intuition is bureaucracy. We seek the balance between the two.
Commercial honesty
We offer what we can deliver. We don't overpromise, we don't underdeliver. If something is beyond our scope or isn't what the client needs, we say so before accepting the commission.
Confidentiality
Information about clients, projects and collaborations is treated with absolute confidentiality. We don't share client data, strategies or results without express authorisation.
Respect and fair treatment
We work with people. Respectful treatment, clear communication and recognition of work well done are non-negotiable conditions in all of the group's relationships: team, clients, collaborators and suppliers.
Intellectual property
We respect our own intellectual property and that of others. BARRONSYSTEM, methods, content and Maison Barron's brands are protected. We scrupulously respect third-party rights in all our projects.
Diversity and inclusion
We work with people of different origins, cultures, ages, identities and orientations (LGBTQI+ included) because a diverse team sees angles a homogeneous one doesn't. Diversity isn't a quota, it's an advantage of judgment.
Feminism and gender perspective
We apply a gender perspective to how we design, how we communicate and how we treat those who work with us: we review biases in language, in visual representation and in team decisions.
Citizenship and international outlook
Maison Barron operates as part of a community, not apart from it: in Zamora, in Spain and in every international market where we work, from a place of respect rather than homogenisation.
Human Rights
We respect and demand respect for Human Rights in all our professional relationships (team, clients, suppliers and collaborators) without exception, regardless of the market or culture in which we operate.
